At Sustained Innovation, all services are tailored, time-based, and delivered specifically to your business requirements. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. Service Delivery
Services are considered delivered once the agreed work has been completed or the scheduled session has taken place. This includes, but is not limited to, Power Sessions, audits, consulting, mentoring, and training.
2. Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once a service has been delivered, either in full or in part.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booked service, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required prior to the scheduled delivery time.
4. Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule services will be accommodated where possible, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
