Throughout his career, he has collaborated with some of the UK’s leading organisations, including Aviva, Verisk, and Ardonagh. In each role, he has been trusted to step into complex environments, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions that enhance business efficiency, making him a valuable asset as a business efficiency consultant.
Adam combines analytical thinking with a strong understanding of systems and technology. He has extensive experience working with platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform and a wide range of CRM systems, including Zoho, Pipedrive, and Capsule, as well as more specialised, industry-specific solutions. He also has a background in developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions, always applied with a clear focus on practicality, risk, and return on investment.
