Having worked across multiple industries, Adam has consistently found his passion and strength in process improvement. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with some of the UK’s leading organisations, including Aviva, Verisk, and Ardonagh. In each role, he has been trusted to step into complex environments, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical solutions that improve how businesses operate day to day.
Adam combines analytical thinking with a strong understanding of systems and technology. He has extensive experience working with platforms such as the Microsoft Power Platform and a wide range of CRM systems, including Zoho, Pipedrive, and Capsule, as well as more specialised, industry-specific solutions. He also has a background in developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions, always applied with a clear focus on practicality, risk, and return on investment.
What sets Adam apart is his people-first approach to improvement. He understands that sustainable change is not about imposing new systems, but about helping teams work more effectively, often by simplifying processes, removing unnecessary friction, and choosing technology only where it genuinely adds value.
